Once your client has provided us with a list of their preferred Recruitment Agencies, each agency will be automatically set up with an account and appropriate access, and an email will be sent to the named contact at the agency confirming the registration. A pre-configured assessment created by the hiring manager will be visible in each agency's dashboard view.
Step 1: Administer the pre-configured customised assessment to your pool of candidates. Each candidate will receive a unique Invitation Key with instructions on how to take the test. On submission, a custom report will be generated and shared with you.
Step 2: Analyse our easy to read report on each candidate and decide which ones are most qualified for your client's job requirements.
Step 3: Select your top candidates and send them to your client for their review
