Step 1: Create a custom assessment based on the job requirements by choosing from multiple available modules - video interview, personality assessment, technical skills validation, and relevant industry experience assessment. (Assessment Creation Estimated time: 60 seconds)
Step 2: Administer your customised assessment to one or multiple candidates directly, OR, provide us with a list of your preferred recruiters and we will work with them to assess their candidates.
Each candidate will receive a unique Invitation Key with instructions on how to take the test.
Step 3: On completion of the assessment, a custom report will be generated and shared with you or your recruiting partners. This report that will provide immediate insight on the candidate‘s true potential, helping you or your recruiter shortlist only those who are most qualified for the role.
